Shipping: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. You can expect your package within 1-7 business days from the ship date. Euro Bath Imports ships orders Monday-Friday via US Postal Service or UPS. Orders are shipped to the USA & Canada only. No International shipping and No PO Boxes.

Payment Methods: Euro Bath Imports accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged on the day of shipping. We also accept Money orders from USA banks.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is collected on all orders that are shipped to Maine addresses due to Maine state law requirements.

Gift Orders: Euro Bath Imports can accommodate a gift order by sending a personalized card with the order and shipping without pricing. Please contact us for gift requests.

Out of Stock: We do our best to keep our products in stock at all times however due to the products being imported sometimes there are unexpected delays. We thank you for your understanding and if an item on your order is out of stock we will notify you prior to shipping. You can then wait to ship your order complete or if more than one item was ordered we can ship what is in stock and back order the remaining item. With both options you will be given an estimated arrival date.

Returns: Please contact us prior to returning an item or order. You may return an item/order to us within 30 days from receipt for a refund or exchange, not including shipping. Items MUST be returned unopened (seals cannot be broken) and in saleable condition. Refunds/exchanges (less shipping) will be done AFTER Euro Bath Imports receives and inspects. Note: Please pack items with plenty of packing material to ensue the items return to use in perfect condition!

Damages: If you receive an item or package damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt for instructions. Please keep all boxes, shipping material, and products in case the US Postal Service or UPS needs to inspect.

Refused/Undeliverable Orders: ANY order/package that is refused or undeliverable will receive a refund, minus shipping costs and a $10.00 fee.
